Mr. & Mrs. Perez New Residence
Seffner, Florida
This project involved structural design and detailing services for the construction of Mr. & Mrs. Perez New Residence located at 309 Pruett Road, Seffner, Florida. The new home layout breakdown included 2nd Floor, Lanai, 1ST Floor, Garage, Entry, Garage and Porte-Cochere. The residential building is composed of spread footing foundations, slabs-on-grade within the limits of the building footprint, concrete block walls for 1st & 2nd floor, steel joists floor system, wood truss roof system and miscellaneous structural sections and details. The total square footage of the building is approximately 10,566 square feet on 3.0 acre of Land.
Culture & Worship Center Building Kissimmee, FL
This project involved Structural Design and Construction Support Services for the two-story Culture & Worship Center Building in Kissimmee, Florida. The objective of this project was for Elite Engineering Solutions to prepare construction structural documents to be used by the contractor to build the proposed building facility. Elite Engineering Solutions worked with Zoser Design Build Group, an architectural firm from Orlando, Florida, and developed the preliminary design calculations and schematic plans of design including details of significant importance to the development of the design to indicate the proposed structure was feasible for construction. Once the design development phase of the project was approved, Elite Engineering Solutions performed the final engineering calculations and the final construction drawings which included foundations, slabs-on-grade within the limits of the building footprint, floor framing plans, roof framing plans, lateral restraints plans and miscellaneous structural sections and details. Construction support services included shop drawing review and responses to RFIs. The building was constructed using a spread footing foundation supporting an exterior shear wall with interior steel columns, steel floor joists and roof joists. The total square footage of the building was approximately 3,800 square feet on 0.5 acre of Land.

SR 45 (US 41) Temporary Timber boardwalks over Dona Bay & Shakett Creek
Sarasota County, FL
This project involved the design of two temporary timber boardwalks for the existing bridges located on US 41 over Dona Bay and Shakett Creek. Elite Engineering Solutions serving as a Specialty Engineer to Hubbard Construction was responsible for the preparation of temporary walkway bridge plans that included superstructure and substructure design. The design of the superstructure was composed of timber material to reduce the weight to be exerted on the existing substructure. The substructure was composed of steel beams to be attached to the existing substructure. The existing substructure including the concrete bent cap and concrete piles was checked for the additional superstructure load that was introduced by the addition of the temporary timber boardwalk. No additional piles were necessary to support the temporary timber boardwalks.
Cofferdam Design for Hard Rock Expansion
Project, Tampa, Florida
This project involved Structural Design and detailing services for the construction of a cofferdam system to install a grease trap system at the Hard Rock Café Expansion Project in Tampa, Florida. Elite Engineering Solutions was responsible for the design and preparation of construction documents that included Key sheet and General Notes, Stage Construction, Plan View and Typical Cross section and Details. The material specifications for the cofferdam system were also included in the form of notes on the drawings with references made to AISC Code. Construction administration services were also part of the scope of services which included periodic on-site inspections at the site to confirm compliance with the construction drawings.


American Youth Academy New Campus (AYA)
(Private Elementary, Middle and High School)
This project involved Civil and Structural Design services for the American Youth Academy New Campus located in Tampa Florida. The new campus of this private school will house 250 to 350 students ranging in grades from kindergarten to high school level. The school is located at 5903 East 130th Avenue in Tampa, Florida. This project, owned by the Islamic Academy of Florida, will serve the Islamic Community of Tampa Bay Area. Elite Engineering Solutions was responsible for all project coordination between the geotechnical, surveying and architectural firms as well as the preparation of a Master Plan to be used for the development of the Construction Plans of this project. Construction Administration services and Certification services is also part of the services that are currently provided by EES on this project. The building will be constructed using a spread footing foundation supporting masonry walls and a wood roof truss system. The total square footage of the building is approximately 16,000 square covering two story structure with an additional 2,500 square feet as an attic space.
